Hawthorne at Friendly’s Grand Opening Welcomes New Residents

GREENSBORO — Hawthorne at Friendly, brand-new luxury apartment homes located in Greensboro, North Carolina at the corner of Northline and Hobbs Road, adjacent to The Shops at Friendly Center, hosted its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019.

Members of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, investors, owners, future and current residents were invited to the grand opening. The ribbon was cut by the on-site management team and 100+ guests were in attendance.

Hawthorne at Friendly’s brand-new studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes feature quartz countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, 10-foot ceilings, a private patio or balcony, custom walk-in closets and other luxurious finishes inside its 188 units.

The community amenity areas boast a 3,000 square foot health and wellness club including yoga and spin studios, a sky lounge, 6,000 square foot clubhouse, saltwater swimming pool, cyber café, and a complimentary Starbucks coffee bar. There is a controlled entry parking garage and elevator access throughout the community.
