Jane McAuliffe is an accomplished executive leader, former university President and CEO, and Vistage Chair serving the Piedmont Triad region. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, she has guided organizations through significant growth, transformation, strategic planning, and complex business challenges.
Her career includes serving as a university President and CEO, Chief Academic Officer, Executive Vice President, and operational leader of a nationwide learning services organization. Her experience spans organizational growth, business transformation, and executive leadership, including serving on the executive team of a company during its initial public offering (IPO) and holding leadership roles on nonprofit organizations and higher education boards.
As a Vistage Chair, Jane brings her executive experience and passion for developing leaders to the Greensboro business community. She facilitates confidential peer advisory groups for CEOs and business owners, providing a trusted environment to exchange perspectives, challenge assumptions, strengthen decision-making, and grow personally and professionally.
