About

Creative Directions Inc. is a CARF-accredited nonprofit behavioral health organization serving individuals and families affected by mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, homelessness, and other life challenges throughout our region.

Our mission is to provide a pathway for those who need support to build a brighter future, especially people who cannot help themselves, by fostering hope, opportunity, and positive change. We help our members achieve short- and long-term goals such as securing safe housing, finding employment, accessing education, providing transportation assistance, and other essential resources. Among the services we provide is peer support, group homes, in-person and virtual therapy, Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) Programs, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Programs.

Creative Directions provides integrated, person-centered services designed to address not only clinical needs but also practical life skills and social stability. We serve multiple counties including Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Durham, Guilford, Orange, Person, and Rockingham County.
