Sales Representative
Entry-Level Sales Representative (Electrical Manufacturing)
i2E Group LLC, a small manufacturing company
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to support sales efforts within the electrical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly driven, and ready to grow within a technical sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the electrical and industrial markets.
2. Contact prospective customers, including contractors, engineers, distributors, and OEMs.
3. Present electrical products such as components, assemblies, wiring, power systems, or related items.
4. Support the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, product information, and quotes.
5. Maintain accurate customer interactions and pipeline details in the CRM.
6. Stay informed about product specifications, industry standards, and competitive products.
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Interest in technical or electrical products (training provided).
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
4. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
1. 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support.
2. Familiarity with electrical components, manufacturing processes, or industrial systems.
3. Bilingual capabilities (optional).
4. Ability to read basic schematics, spec sheets, or technical drawings (optional).
