Triboro Staffing is a locally owned workforce solutions agency serving the Triad region of North Carolina. We provide temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing to employers in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, skilled trades, clerical support, and administrative services. The Role
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to manage the full hiring cycle across our client placements. This is a high-activity, relationship-focused role at the center of our operations. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, and maintain a talent pipeline that allows us to respond quickly and reliably to client needs.
The candidates you place represent Triboro. This role requires someone who interviews with care, communicates clearly, and keeps the process moving without cutting corners.
What You Will Do
• Own the full recruiting cycle from intake to placement
• Source candidates through job boards, direct outreach, community referrals, and networking
• Screen and conduct in-person interviews to assess fit, reliability, and job readiness
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork for each placement
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline across Triboro's core industries
• Maintain accurate candidate and placement records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Collaborate with the sales team and directly with client contacts to understand current and upcoming needs
• Conduct ongoing market research on talent availability, wage rates, and competitive conditions
• Support negotiations with candidates on compensation, scheduling, and assignment expectations
What We Are Looking For
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting or staffing operations
• Familiarity with manufacturing, light industrial, distribution, logistics, or office services hiring is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once without losing quality or responsiveness
• Strong interpersonal skills with both candidates and client contacts
• Organized and process-oriented, with comfort in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Zenople is a plus
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Staffing agency experience preferred
