We place reliable, job-ready workers with businesses in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and surrounding areas. Our focus industries include manufacturing, distribution, logistics, skilled trades, clerical, and administrative services. We work closely with clients before, during, and after every placement, and we have been doing it long enough to know what operations leaders actually need.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive new business development across our core service areas. This is an outbound, client-facing role for someone who understands the real cost of workforce disruption and knows how to have that conversation with the people who feel it most.
You will identify and develop new client relationships, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, and maintain ongoing partnerships with employers across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, skilled trades, and office services. You will work closely with our recruiting team to make sure every commitment we make to a client gets delivered.
What You Will Do
• Identify, prospect, and develop new client accounts in Triboro's core industries
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, in-person visits, and referral networking
• Understand each client's hiring challenges and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
• Negotiate and execute service agreements
• Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR directors, and operations leaders
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure client needs are filled accurately and consistently
• Manage pipeline and activity in CRM tools
• Track market trends and competitive developments in the Triad region
What We Are Looking For
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development
• Working knowledge of or established contacts in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, skilled trades, or office services is a strong advantage
• A consultative sales approach and genuine interest in solving client problems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your own pipeline and schedule
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office software
• Staffing industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
