Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
This position is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives of the organization by assisting with maintaining, repairing, updating, removing, and installing machinery, equipment and or facilities as needed.
Essential Duties and Tasks

- Repairs & maintains machinery, equipment, facilities, systems & grounds
- Build equipment or production tools when possible
- Timely process work orders/requests, prioritizing most critical repairs
- Works closely with maintenance team members, management, internal customers and other departments
- Schedules maintenance, repairs and installations to minimize disruptions when possible
- Report on and update management and systems on projects, status, schedules, completion changes
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent, technical training is a plus
- Electrical and mechanical manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Must be able to work overtime as needed including Saturdays and holidays
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
