While we proudly serve the Pantry Fried Chicken® brand, this location is managed and operated by its own ownership team.

Expectations

Customer Service
• Warmly greet every customer as they enter.
• Provide service that exceeds expectations.
• Always thank customers and invite them to return.
• Practice suggestive selling with every order.
• Show reliability by being dependable and consistent.
• Follow the Pantry Fried Chicken (PFC) dress code.
Shift Responsibilities
• Keep food displays and service areas stocked, clean, and fresh.
• Clean and sanitize all work areas regularly.
• Wash hands thoroughly and wear gloves when preparing food.
• Follow recipes exactly to maintain consistency.
• Use proper portion control and serving sizes.
• Handle and store perishable foods safely and properly.
• Practice FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation at all times.
• Master the Pantry Fried Chicken method of breading and frying.
• Keep floors and work areas clean throughout the shift.
• Communicate any shortages or issues to the manager promptly.
• Work as a team by keeping open and respectful communication.
Safety & Equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines when using equipment.
• Operate and clean fryers and other cooking equipment according to procedures.
