Always Best Care Seniors Services is expanding their Care Coordination team, looking for caring, competent and organized individuals to grow with us!

Since 1996, Always Best Care has helped families with non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement services along with skilled home health care in Alamance, Chapel Hill, Guilford and Orange Counties.
The Care Coordinators are responsible for development and continual monitoring of the work schedules for Caregivers to meet patient care needs, addresses and manages compliments, questions and concerns from both clients and Care Professionals, confirms missed clock in/out and assure accuracy of the time reports, and ensures thorough and open communication with all involved parties.

Job Description:

  • Works to provide a care professional that matches the needs of a client for all shifts.
  • Pro-actively resolves staffing issues as a result of changes to staffing or client schedules.
  • Notifies management of all staffing problems, resolved and unresolved, in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the currency and accuracy of the scheduling calendars.
  • Maintains consistent contact and clear communication with clients and caregivers.
  • Addresses questions, concerns and complaints from clients and caregivers.
  • Documents all occurrences in detail.
  • Processes clock ins and clock outs, and records data for payroll processing.
  • Manages the overall care for a client.
  • Maintains and respects confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information to ensure privacy is protected.
  • Processes calls at a high volume and fast pace.
