Why the Fresh Start Collaborative? 

The Fresh Start Collaborative is a dynamic partnership among Triad Goodwill, the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, the Guilford County Reentry Council, and the Department of Health & Human Services, dedicated to reducing hiring stigma and creating opportunities for justice-involved individuals. In 2023 alone, this initiative successfully reduced hiring stigma by 28% among participating employers.
