Roll Call: Extra Credit

Description

Roll Call: Extra Credit is an evening of learning and conversation centered on one of the most important topics in public education: school funding. Join us for the release of the 2026 Guilford County K-12 Finance & Budget Update, a plain-language report that explains how education funding works and what this year's budget means for local schools. 

Parents and PTA members are especially encouraged to attend, but all community members are welcome. $500 stipends will be available for the first eight PTAs/PTSOs that have five members register and attend. 

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 8 at the Miriam P. Brenner Children's Museum. 

Refreshments will be provided. On-site childcare is at capacity; however, you may apply for childcare reimbursement for your own personal childcare through Politisit.
