With his more than 30 years of experience, he has worked with over 2,000 companies in 50 different countries. He has helped countless people find their spark, and he’ll help you find yours too.

Leadership Conference is a one-day leadership conference directly engaging Greensboro to develop and grow impactful leaders committed to inclusivity, collaboration, and positive change in their community and their world. Previous keynote speakers include author and celebrated speaker, Jon Gordon, as well as Peloton phenom and new author, Tunde Oyeneyin. In 2020, the conference theme was disruptive change in the workforce and 2021’s theme was authenticity. Our 2022 theme is Culture.
