This interactive training will focus on why hiring for culture matters and why having a candidate that fits your company's values is more important than finding one with that elusive 'perfect' resume.
Learn about hiring for culture in management to build a team that understands your organization’s values and brings them to work each day. Being a family friendly employer is a measure of a healthy strong workplace culture. When management recognize that family matters, they are respecting and supporting parents and caregivers to meet their work and family responsibilities. Beyond your management team, you want employees who will be cultural ambassadors for your workforce. The team should reflect your workplace culture and finding those team members starts at the interview. We will look at several companies that focused on hiring for culture and how it led to their success in the marketplace and higher than average retention rates.
