The Chamber has worked diligently this week to speak with members of the healthcare community and corporate partners to determine their current recommendations and policies. We have been advised to expect a continued spike in COVID cases with a potential peak in cases at the end of next week. Our corporate partners and board members have shared that a large number of companies have enacted policies prohibiting their teams from attending in-personevents at this time.

We have weighed our concerns over the high transmission rate of cases and our desire to celebrate in person, and we have decided to reschedule the Annual Celebration rather than move to virtual.

Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 23, at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. Our reception will begin with cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres from 5:30-7:00pm, followed by our program that will begin approximately at 7:15pm.

In 2022, our Annual Meeting will be transformed as we host a night of celebration at The Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts! Join us, in your denim, as we bring together business and civic leaders from a diverse variety of organizations and companies as we toast our members and community. The evening will feature a cocktail reception, heavy hors d’oeuvres, a presentation and awards ceremony (with a few special guests!), and a closing networking reception. Two distinguished business and community leaders who have made significant contributions to their organizations and our community will be recognized through the presentation of the ATHENA Leadership and the Thomas Z. Osborne awards. 

We are excited to show off the amazing asset that is The Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. This event will sellout and is capped at 650. Priority will be given to sponsors and individual registrations will not be made available until sponsorships close.
