5th Annual Run with Lily 5K and Kids Super Hero Run

The Run with Lily 5K and Kids Super Hero Run are more than just races — they are powerful community events held in memory of Lily Butler, a beloved senior at Providence Grove High School who passed away from an eating disorder at the young age of 17 on July 20, 2021. Created to honor Lily’s life and to bring hope and awareness to mental health, the event raises vital funds to provide mental health services to those who may not otherwise be able to afford them. Each year, families, friends, and community members come together to run, walk, or cheer in support of a cause that touches so many lives. The 5K offers both in-person and virtual race options, making it possible for participants from near and far to get involved. Meanwhile, the Kids Super Hero Run encourages young participants to join the movement, donning their favorite superhero costumes as a reminder that everyone has the power to make a difference. Whether you're racing in honor of a loved one, raising awareness for mental health, or simply showing your support, Run with Lily is a day filled with purpose, remembrance, and community spirit.
