Precision Manufacturing Automation for Mass Customization
Tuesday, February 3, 2026 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (EST)
Description
In an increasingly complex global ecosystem, customer requirements are more and more diverse. Product offerings must be equally diverse. Manufacturers seeking to meet the demands of mass customization will find high-mix, low-volume production unavoidable. This means frequent changeovers and small batches.
This seminar will demonstrate how precision automation can solve many of the complex challenges manufacturers now face. Learn specific examples from the precision toolmaking industry of how various automation techniques have been used to:
● Consolidate multiple manual operations.
● Reduce setup time and changeover friction.
● Achieve unattended production ("lights-out" manufacturing).
● Improve safety and quality standards simultaneously. Lunch will be provided so please make sure to register. https://forms.gle/f9pncd4dMWYjL7QV7
