The Greensboro Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that two members of its leadership team, Mary-Helen Kolousek and Marvin J. Price, have been named to the 2025 Triad Business Journal 40 Under 40 list. This honor recognizes young professionals who are making a strong impact in business and community leadership across the Triad.

Marvin J. Price is the Chamber’s Executive Vice President of Economic Development. He leads efforts to recruit new companies, support local expansions, and create quality jobs in Guilford County. Marvin has helped bring major advanced manufacturing and aerospace projects to Greensboro, strengthening Guilford County’s position as a top location for business growth and innovation.

Mary-Helen Kolousek serves as Student Engagement Manager with Action Greensboro, where she leads the Campus Greensboro Fellows Program. In that role, she works closely with local employers and higher education partners to connect students with paid internships, mentorship, and career-building opportunities throughout Guilford County. She also helps plan and coordinate events, supports students as they transition from campus to workplace, and tracks program outcomes to ensure the initiative creates real impact for both participants and the community.

“We are thrilled to see both Mary-Helen and Marvin recognized,” said Brent Christensen, President and CEO of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. “They bring energy and vision to their work every day. Their commitment to Greensboro’s success inspires our entire team.”

The 40 Under 40 awards ceremony, scheduled to take place later this year, will bring together rising leaders from across the region.
