LS3P ANNOUNCES BRIAN CARROLL AS GREENSBORO OFFICE LEADER

January 12, 2026 – Greensboro, NC

LS3P is excited to announce that Principal Brian Carroll, AIA, LEED AP, has been named Greensboro Office Leader, effective January 5, 2026. A graduate of Clemson University, Carroll has been a dedicated member of LS3P since 1997, serving the Triad area for over 30 years.

Prior to TFF Architect’s merger with LS3P in 2022, Carroll served as Managing Partner, continuing the firm’s legacy of delivering exceptional design services across senior living, healthcare, education, commercial, and community projects. Building on his role as Operations & Finance Manager (OFM) since 2022, Carroll now steps into a role that broadens his influence and partnerships in the Triad, leading the successful implementation of LS3P’s strategic priorities for the Greensboro office while strengthening client relationships.

He has cultivated notable client relationships with Twin Lakes Community, Guilford County Schools, Cone Health, and Caldwell Academy, among many others. Carroll is widely respected in the professional community, serving on the Advisory Committee for Alamance Community College Industrial Technologies Division, as a Board Member for Creative Aging Network – NC and the American Red Cross, and as a Board of Deacons member for First Baptist Church of Elon.
