Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc., a leader in delivering comprehensive HVAC solutions and building automation services, has announced a $13.5 million capital investment to expand operations at its new location on Triad Center Drive in Greensboro, NC. The project will create 131 new, high-quality jobs with an average annual salary of $77,137, while retaining 335 existing positions, reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to Guilford County and the Triad region. The expansion strengthens Hoffman & Hoffman’s operational footprint in the Southeast and reflects the company’s dedication to advancing building technology solutions that prioritize sustainability and client success.

Founded in 1947, Hoffman & Hoffman is known for its expertise in designing, distributing, and servicing advanced mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. The company’s continued growth reflects its ability to meet the evolving needs of clients with innovative solutions in energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and building performance.
