CHRISTINA SMITH NAMED LS3P’S NATIONAL HEALTHCARE MARKET LEADER

LS3P announced that Christina Smith, AIA, NCARB, has been named the firm’s National Healthcare Market Leader. In this firmwide role, she will guide the strategic growth and national vision for LS3P’s Healthcare Market, leading efforts to expand the firm’s healthcare presence nationwide through strong client relationships, design excellence, and cross‑office collaboration. Her appointment reflects LS3P’s continued commitment to creating thoughtful, high‑performing healthcare environments that support patients, providers, and communities.

Based in LS3P’s Greenville office, Smith brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She previously served as Healthcare Sector Leader and Senior Project Manager, helping shape the foundation of the firm’s evolving healthcare market leadership. Recognized as an Associate Principal in 2024, she is widely respected for her collaborative, empathetic approach to design.

A Clemson University graduate with a Master of Architecture and a concentration in health, Smith’s experience spans renovations, new construction, and master planning for clients ranging from large hospital systems to small medical offices. Notable projects include Henderson County & UNC Health Pardee Medical Office Buildings, MUSC’s Ashley River Tower, and the McLeod Health Cheraw Replacement Hospital.
