Allegacy Federal Credit Union Expands Operations in Greensboro, Bringing New Jobs to Guilford County

As we grow with intention, we’re proud to expand our Member Care operations to Greensboro—a vibrant community already home to three of our financial centers. This new facility will embody our people-first commitment, with thoughtfully designed workspaces, upgraded technology, and a culture that fosters both well-being and productivity.

We’re also creating 50 new jobs to better support our growing membership, ensuring every interaction lives up to the care, excellence, and trust our members expect. This isn’t an operational move—it’s a long-term investment in our people, our purpose, and the future we’re building together.

The Guilford County Economic Development Alliance, consisting of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and High Point Economic Development Corporation, worked together with the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, City of Greensboro, Guilford County, Duke Energy, Guilford Technical Community College, Guilford Works, Piedmont Natural Gas, and North Carolina Department of Commerce in securing Allegacy Federal Credit Union investment in Guilford County.
