Adecco is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong manufacturing background who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Please Note: Training will take place on 1st shift. After training, employees must be flexible and available to work any shift based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
• Set up and adjust machinery according to production requirements
• Perform quality inspections and in-process checks
• Monitor raw materials and production output to ensure specifications are met
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Document production, quality, downtime, and waste information
• Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety risks
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Solid attendance and reliability record

Preferred

• 5+ years of machine operation experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or industrial fields

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 33 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Schedule

Training on 1st Shift
Must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift after training
Overtime and Saturdays may be required based on production demands
