Field Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team. This role involves operating hydro excavation equipment to safely expose underground utilities and support excavation projects. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a collaborative field crew.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate hydro excavation equipment, including vacuum trucks and high-pressure water systems

· Perform daylighting, trenching, and utility exposure with precision and care

· Assist with job site setup, traffic control, and equipment maintenance

· Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations

· Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and customers

· Complete daily job reports and documentation as required

· Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous experience in hydro excavation, construction, utilities, or related field preferred (training available for the right candidate)

· Valid driver’s license;

· Clean driving record required

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
