Core Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation: Craft classic and signature cocktails, pour beers, and serve wines quickly and accurately according to recipes.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders at the bar, present menus, and make informed recommendations.
  • Promotions & Specials: Inform guests of daily food and drink specials, upcoming venue events, and current promotions.
  • Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar, counters, tools, and glassware clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
  • Inventory & Restocking: Restock ice, liquors, beers, wines, garnishes, and glassware before, during, and after shifts.
  • Financial Transactions: Process cash and credit card payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage cash drawers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: High-volume bartending experience is typically required.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and wine pairings, alongside strong
  • communication and multitasking skills.
  • Availability: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift heavy kegs or cases, and work flexible nights,
  • weekends, and holidays.
