Bartender
Core Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Craft classic and signature cocktails, pour beers, and serve wines quickly and accurately according to recipes.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders at the bar, present menus, and make informed recommendations.
- Promotions & Specials: Inform guests of daily food and drink specials, upcoming venue events, and current promotions.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar, counters, tools, and glassware clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
- Inventory & Restocking: Restock ice, liquors, beers, wines, garnishes, and glassware before, during, and after shifts.
- Financial Transactions: Process cash and credit card payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage cash drawers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: High-volume bartending experience is typically required.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification is highly preferred.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and wine pairings, alongside strong
- communication and multitasking skills.
- Availability: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift heavy kegs or cases, and work flexible nights,
- weekends, and holidays.
