Women’s Executive Connection brings women from across our business community together to learn from one another, make new connections, and talk about the opportunities and challenges women face as leaders.

This year, we’re looking at leadership beyond the workplace. What does it mean to use your experience, time and talents to serve your community? Through our featured speaker and conversations around the room, we’ll explore civic service, including serving on boards, volunteering and finding meaningful ways to get involved.

Dr. Gwendolyn Oglesby-Odom with Advocate Health will serve as this year’s featured speaker. Attendees will also take part in rotating table conversations, giving everyone a chance to join the discussion, hear different perspectives, and connect with women from a range of industries and career stages.

The event will also include the presentation of the Greensboro Chamber’s ATHENA Award, our highest honor recognizing exceptional female leadership. Past ATHENA recipients will help lead conversations throughout the program, sharing lessons and experiences from their own leadership journeys.
