Ribbon Cutting Request Form


Congratulations on your new location, anniversary, expansion or renovation!

We are excited to celebrate your success and show it off to the community with a ribbon cutting!

Please complete this form in its entirety to make a formal request but please keep a few things in mind:

- We will provide a green ribbon, gold scissors, a certificate of congratulations, and a photographer. After the ceremony, we will post the ribbon cutting to our social media channels which you are free to share with your community. 

- We host ribbon cuttings Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. We suggest hosting your ribbon cutting between Tuesday-Thursday for the best attendance. 

- We are unable to host ribbon cuttings after 5:00pm, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or dates that correspond with our signature chamber events however you can request a ribbon cutting kit. 

- Ribbon cuttings are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. 

- Please confirm the date with your staff and corporate office before submitting the request. If you are celebrating a grand opening please wait until you have passed all inspections if applicable prior to submitting your request.

Optimal schedule times are Tuesday - Thursday, 10am - 3pm for the best community attendance. 

Dates/Times outside of these hours will be considered on a very limited basis.

Please keep in mind: 

We prefer grand openings/ribbon cuttings to be scheduled at least three (3) weeks in advance. Please take our calendar into account when planning your event. We want to be sure your celebration is well attended by our staff, ambassadors, and other members!
