Scheduling Guidelines

• Ribbon cuttings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
• Ceremonies are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For the best attendance, we recommend scheduling your event Tuesday through Thursday.
• Please confirm your preferred date with your staff, leadership team, and/or corporate office before submitting your request.
• If you are celebrating a grand opening, please wait until all required inspections and approvals have been completed before submitting your request.
• Ribbon cuttings cannot be scheduled after 5:00 p.m., on weekends, holidays, or during Chamber signature events. If your preferred date falls outside these guidelines, or if you are submitting a request less than seven business days in advance, you may request a Ribbon Cutting Kit instead.

What to Expect

Our team will provide:

• A ceremonial ribbon
• Gold ribbon-cutting scissors
• A certificate of congratulations

Chamber staff and Ambassadors will also attend to help celebrate your milestone and welcome you to the business community.

Following the ceremony, we will share photos and highlights from your ribbon cutting on our social media channels. We encourage you to share the post with your customers, employees, and community.
