Join us for this Workforce GSO Collective Talent Talks session, hosted by Melissa Smith, Director of Workforce Development Solutions at the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, and featuring Jeran Culina of Business Leaders United (National Skills Coalition). Jeran will share key insights from national research with small and mid-sized businesses, highlighting what employers are actually saying about hiring, skills challenges, and workforce partnerships. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how businesses are approaching hiring today, the growing shift toward skills-based practices, and where opportunities exist for stronger alignment between employers, education, and workforce partners. This is a data-driven, action-oriented conversation designed to help our local ecosystem better respond to real employer needs and build stronger talent pipelines.
