We’ve had an outstanding year of partnership, collaboration, alignment, and workforce-driven economic growth and now it’s time to celebrate as we close out the year strong! Join the Greensboro Chamber’s Workforce GSO Collective for an evening dedicated to recognizing the incredible organizations and partners who have gone above and beyond to support talent, strengthen our workforce ecosystem, and drive Greensboro’s economic momentum. Let’s celebrate our shared success and continue building a stronger, more connected workforce for Greensboro. 

We will be presenting the 2025 Workforce GSO Collective Awards, honoring those who exemplify excellence in collaboration, innovation, and community impact. Note: The nomination period has ended.

The Power of Partnership Award: Celebrates extraordinary collaboration. Honors a partner whose alignment, shared purpose, and creative teamwork demonstrate how collective action can solve workforce challenges and fuel community progress.

The Workforce Gamechanger Award: Recognizes bold, innovative solutions. Awarded to an organization that disrupts the status quo with transformative workforce ideas, initiatives, or models.

The Equity in Action Award: Honors a partner committed to expanding equitable workforce access, removing barriers, and fostering inclusive, community-centered workforce practices.

The Youth Pathways Impact Award: Recognizes an organization that strengthens the future workforce by supporting youth through training, exposure, mentorship, internships, apprenticeships, or career-connected learning.

The Emerging Impact Award: Highlights a new or rapidly rising organization whose early contributions have created measurable impact and strengthened our workforce ecosystem.

Employer Champion of Talent Award: Celebrates an employer who demonstrates exceptional commitment to hiring, talent development, upskilling, and strong workforce partnerships.
